Pikes Peak

The Pikes Peak Section is "the little section that could."  We have a relatively small membership (150 members) and an even smaller area of responsibility, but we have more events per capita and more participation at those events than sections three times our size.  We are also the home of two past MBCA national presidents, as well as the current MBCA national president, and we regularly hold the office of the regional director of the Rocky Mountain Region.

We take our cars seriously but not seriously enough so that we don't have any fun. We are a driving club who pioneered the concept of the monthly drive.  Each month we take our members on a leisurely, impromptu "Fun Run" through the beautiful Colorado countryside, socializing and dining along the way.  We also conduct a series of Off-Road Sunday Drives in the summer where we explore the trail system in the national forests of our area.

Our true claim to fame, however, is that we are the home of the national special event, Star Trails.  This is a unique opportunity for Mercedes-Benz drivers to take their vehicles off the highway.  We plan various levels of off-road driving difficulty over some of the most beautiful trails in the world.  We teach drivers how to handle their vehicles safely and how to get the most from the most amazingly capable cars in the world.

We are a bunch of fast-moving fun-seekers and we invite all like-minded Mercedes-Benz drivers to come along for the Pikes Peak ride.

New Mexico

Our section encompasses "The Land Of Enchantment," home of the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta, White Sands Missile Range, Santa Fe Indian Market, the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, and the location of many entertainment industry film sites. The geography of our beautiful state welcomes visitors with many highways to tour that delight the eye. Come join us as we explore some of the many sights, sounds, and tastes in our unique state.

The Mile-High Section (MHS) of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America (MBCA) was first chartered in 1960 and currently has over 440 members throughout Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and Western Nebraska.  We attempt to hold about 30 events a year ranging from social gatherings and charity events to technical sessions, track events, rallies and car shows.

All Mile-High Section members receive the Constellation, our award winning monthly newsletter.  It is packed with event information, articles and classified ads.  All members also receive MBCA's national publication, The STAR, with great articles on Mercedes, past and present, the latest club news as well as the latest information from Mercedes-Benz.

The club is always looking for members to help with and sponsor events.  Your time will be appreciated by a lot of your fellow MBCA members.

Are you still not sure about joining MBCA?  We welcome you to come visit us at one of our events.  Contact any of the officers for more information.

Eastern Nebraska

Eastern Nebraska members harken from Iowa and Nebraska.  We would love to have South Dakota and Kansas members too, if anyone from those great states are reading this.  Come to think of it, we will take members from any of the 50 states!

Most of our events take place in Lincoln or Omaha.  We like to keep a 50/50 ratio.  On occasion, we will meet up somewhere in the middle.  We have a wide variety of fine machines representing club owners.  We have experienced some signficant growth in the last year.  This is due in part to the generosity of Husker Auto Group in Lincoln, whose support in recruiting members for our chapter is truly appreciated.

We like to line up all sorts of events; driving rallys, jazz concerts, show & shines, tech sessions, grill outs, etc.  Of course, any input from members helps to keep the fun activities rolling.
