MBCA Houston Chapter kicks off the New Year with a visit to The Bryan Museum on Galveston Island.

Located in the former Galveston Orphans Home, the museum boasts one of the worlds largest collections of Texas and the American West, emphasizing the Spanish influences in the region.

We will meet up at 9:45 am in the lobby for a 10 am docent-guided tour of the museum. The tour will last 90 minutes, and afterward, visitors are encouraged to check out the grounds and landscaping as well as the gift shop. The group size will be limited to the first 50 registrants. Our discounted group rate for museum admission and tour will be $10 per person payable through our registration link.

Afterward, we’ll have a casual lunch at Nick’s Kitchen, right next to Gaido’s:

Nick's Kitchen and Beach Bar
