Well it was certainly a crisp fall drive!  Five cars gathered on a very cold morning and drove up to Lindsborg, Kansas for a lunch gathering at the famous Swedish Crown restaurant.  The group was joined by some other members in the area so eventually 13 members sat down in the Swedish Crown private dining room.  As the restaurant name implies, the Swedish Crown is famous for traditional Swedish specialties.  Lunch was fantastic and everyone had a great time catching up.  Following lunch the group split up for several activities.
Lindsborg was settled by immigrants from Sweden and the town still celebrates its Swedish roots.  Some club members stayed close by after lunch and visited the many shops in the town, getting a jump start on holiday shopping.
Other club members drove to the nearby town of Marquette to check out the Kansas Motorcycle Museum.  Who knew there were so many motorcycles in one place in Kansas.  Amazing!
All in all everyone had a great time and the sun finally came out in the afternoon making it a good driving day.
