In order to recognize our newest members who have joined in the past year, we are hosting our annual New Members Dinner this year on Saturday March 5, 2016 at Maggiano’s Little Italy on Post Oak Blvd. All members, new and old, are welcome and encouraged to attend this event.

If you have joined the club recently and would like a chance to meet new people, this event is the perfect opportunity to do so. We would also like to appeal to members that have been in the club for a while to come out and welcome our newest members.

As a welcoming gift, all new members who joined on or after February 7, 2015 and are in good standing as of March 5, 2016 (don't let that membership lapse!) will receive FREE dinner for themselves and their associate member (if applicable). All others (including non-MBCA members) will be able to attend for $39.95 per person. Spaces are limited.

New Members (join date on or after February 7, 2015) will RSVP via evite through a link sent to the e-mail address they have on file with the Club. Members who joined before February 7, 2015 will pay via PayPal, and that payment will serve as their RSVP.

The deadline to RSVP is Tuesday, March 1, 2016. We have only a limited number of seats, so RSVP ASAP!

Appetizers:
Bruschetta
Crispy bread topped with a mixture of fresh diced tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic glaze and roasted garlic
 

Calamari Fritte
Crispy calamari served with our marinara sauce.
 
Salads:
Caesar Salad
A traditional Caesar salad of romaine lettuce, croutons and grated parmesan tossed in Caesar dressing.
 
Maggiano’s Salad
Iceberg and romaine lettuce, crumbled blue cheese, crispy prosciutto and red onions; served with our signature house dressing.
 
 Second Course
Pasta:
Mom’s Lasagna
Pasta sheets layered with ricotta cheese, crumbled meatballs, Italian sausage and marinara sauce topped with provolone cheese.
 
Baked Rigatoni and Meatballs with Smoked Italian Cheese
Rigatoni and miniature meatballs in a slightly spicy tomato sauce with fresh spinach and smoked Italian cheeses.
 
Entrées:
Chicken Parmesan
Breaded chicken breasts baked with provolone cheese and marinara sauce.
 
Salmon Lemon & Herb
Filets of salmon with garlic and a white wine sauce served on a bed of spinach.
Dessert
New York Style Cheesecake
New York style ricotta cheesecake topped with fresh berries and whipped cream.
 
Tiramisu
Ladyfinger cookies soaked in espresso and coffee liqueur, layered with mascarpone, dusted with cocoa powder and served with chocolate shavings.
