Please join us as the Mercedes and BMW car clubs team up to create a fun and memorable two-day event enjoying some of the best roads in the state and a beautiful site on the Oregon coast. As fans of our German cars, we are united by our passion for the road and the camaraderie we enjoy as we share it together.

All drivers and passengers will have to sign a waiver at the drivers meeting.

What's included:

· Custom route map with turn-by-turn notes, scenic highlights, and fuel stops
· Discounted hotel rates (everyone makes their own reservations)
· Camaraderie of fellow driving enthusiasts enjoying some of Oregon's best roads, beaches, and restaurant favorites
· Evening beach bonfire with supplies for S'Mores

· Hotel reservation instructions are below. Deadline for the discount is Sept 7th.

Bring:

· Family band radios to keep in touch during the drive
· Beach towels, chairs
· Telescopes and binoculars for night sky viewing

Hotel reservation info:

· We have reserved a block of rooms at the Driftwood Shores hotel.
· The group rate for the event is $247
· The discounted price is available until Sept 7th. (regular rate is $315)
· Rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours before arrival date with no penalty.

One day or alternate accommodations:

If you want to make it a one-day event, you can return on day one either before or after the evening beach bonfire or arrive on day two by 8:45 for the driver's meeting.
