My rear view mirror in my 1989 560sl needs replacement. I have a new mirror, it appears that the mirror is just a "grab and twist" removal. And a snap in replacement. Before I Grab and Break, am I correct?

Any way to eliminate the "Turbo Lag" or hesitation on my 2012 E550? I find it quite annoying.

I would like to upgrade the gps display on my 2008 s550 similar to what is seen on the newer models. MB sells one for 250.00.. If anyone has tried this, I would like to know your results.

Should I do an oil change on a brand new C300 at 1000-2000 miles? I saw a forum that recommended this because they said the oil from a new engine accumulates metal particles that should be eliminated prior to the manufacturers recommended interval of 10,000 miles.

I know the manual for my 1988 560 SEL says airbags need to be replaced by the dealer every ten years. Do any members have real world experience as to what the likelihood of mine working properly after 24 years? What is the approximate cost of replacement? Has anybody done it?

I have a 1987 560SL. I've been having high idle problems and after checking all other components, I'm pretty sure I need to replace the Idle Control Unit, Part #0065458532.
I have found several for sale at various places, but some are listed as being for a 560SEL. They have the same part number.

Radio in my 1992 300D turbo when turned on makes a poping noise
and music or words are very unclear. Music and words Clear up in about 30 seconds
but noise occurs whenever you change channels or volume. Any suggested solutions
