It's a little tricky, but a take a coat hanger, cut two pieces about 5 inches long w/ a 45 degree cut @ one end of each piece.  Turn ignition to position one.  Insert said bits into two holes that are now exposed around key bezel w/ angle facing towards inner midpoint of the tumbler.

There are internal springs that hold the casing on..  On a 91, the casing doesn't screw off as it did on the earlier cars, but rather lifts straight forward/out.

Sometimes a small screw driver b/w the housing/ignition lock is required to get things started.

Is your stuck or does it still turn freely?

If it's stuck and refuses to turn despite all efforts, call a lock smith.
