When first starting car on cold day, my 2011 E 550 blows cold air from both outside vents. Unit is set at automatic & 72 degrees. After 2-4 minutes warmer air enters. MBUSA claims they are aware of situation but as of now, there is no plan to correct. All my previous cars (including 4  E-Class MB) did not blow air until certain engine temperature was reached. They also said this was new system with only 2 zones vs. 3 zones on previous models.

Any thoughts?
