Ceramic Brakes for SLK 55 AMG

I am thinking about upgrading my brakes to ceramic. Has anyone modified the brakes on the SLK 55? I have a 2006 with the AMG performance package (slightly larger front brakes than the normal large six piston units), so the brakes are already pretty good.

If you talking about upgrading the pads to ceramic, sure, you can do that w/o issue. We swtich the bulk of our clients over to ceramic and have received nothing but positive reviews..:)
The OE pad material is Very Good, but it does dust heavily. You'll find that the ceramics dust a fraction of what the OE pads do and that overall fade resistance has been raised a few notches. However, initial bite will also be somewhat reduced. When you do make the switch I Strongly recommend doing so along with a fresh set of rotors. Ceramics really want to be bedded in on fresh metal.
