Transmissions with no TC drain plug

"Some torque converters have drain plugs and some do not. A torque converter holds quite a bit of fluid, so I suggest draining it as well, if your vehicle has a drain plug."

So what does one do in this case? How do you get the old fluid out of the TQ if it has no drain plug?

I am told Chrysler dealers have machines that recirculate the fluid through the entire transmission including the TC until it comes out clean.  I am told you can you can get MB-equivalent fluid from them.

(One MB person told me this could potentially damage electronics inside the tranny. Any truth to this?)

Don't forget to add a magnet if there isn't one there.
