Winners will be announced on www.mbca.org and in The STAR.

You need not attend drawing to win, but drawings shall be open to any raffle ticket purchaser. The entire net proceeds of this raffle shall be devoted exclusively to the lawful purposes of MBCA, Inc.

Members may enter more than once. Each member will be limited to ten tickets per raffle.

Raffle Rules

  1. You must be at least 18 years of age and a member in good standing to purchase tickets. You must also be a member in good standing at the time of the drawing to be able to win.
  2. Credit or debit cards are not accepted. Checks/money orders must be in U.S. funds. Checks must be exclusively for payment of the ticket(s) and not include other fees.
  3. Members residing in the state of Washington may not participate in the Raffle. This offer is void anywhere prohibited by law.
  4. An official form, or copy, must be used to request tickets. Forms have been mailed to all members and are also available upon request from the NBO or at www.mbca.org. Mail ticket requests to: Raffle, 1907 Lelaray Street, Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
  5. Ticket requests must be received no later than July 31, 2008. Ticket orders and checks arriving after July 31, 2008 will be returned to sender.
  6. All ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. There are no refunds.
  7. Tickets will only be issued in the name of the primary member listed in MBCA membership files and does not include associates. Prizes will be awarded on the same basis. Vehicles will be titled solely in the name of the winning member. Winning tickets cannot be assigned, transferred or sold.
  8. Winners will be drawn from the one drum which includes ticket stubs for all prizes. They will be drawn in order from 1-7. Each ticket will have an equal chance to win.
  9. Paid staff of MBCA and The Star magazine, their immediate families and/or household members may not participate in the Raffle.
  10. Ticket sales are limited to ten tickets per member. If ticket requests exceed the ten per member limit, the balance of payments above that number will be returned. A maximum of 6,500 tickets will be available for purchase. Odds of winning will be based on the number of tickets sold.
  11. The winner of a prize must fill out a form from the NBO. It must be returned within 45 days of the mailing of written notification of winning, or the prize is forfeited.
  12. Prior to delivery, winners of vehicles will be required to deposit 25% of the MSRP with MBCA for Federal income tax withholding.
  13. All vehicles are built to USDOT specifications and must be delivered through a U.S. dealer of the winner’s choice..
  14. The drawing will be held and certified at 444 Church Street, Flint, MI 48502, at 10:30 a.m. EDT. Any member may attend the drawing. Results will be posted a www.mbca.org.
  15. The Raffle is sponsored by MBCA, International Stars Section and ticket requests are subject to it’s acceptance.
