The national business office (NBO) team appreciates the assistance from the many volunteers that we work with. We have prepared a reference for you, below, so that when you have a request or question, you may direct them appropriately. Your response will be quicker, and we will all save valuable time. Please remember to forward your request(s) or question(s) to only one person.

Regular store orders, address changes, renewals, membership updates can be handled by any team member answering the telephone; however, we may transfer your call depending on workloads at that time. Occasionally you will receive voice mail. We do return calls as quickly as we can.

The Star Editor's contact information is included so that appropriate concerns can be routed directly to the Editor's office. This will save you time and assure a prompt response.

  • Coordinates all work with the printer - including ordering paper, carrier, poly bag stocks, tear-out card, scheduling, and postage / co-mailing details
