StarFest Committee

The Standard Operating Procedures Manual for MBCA, Section 8, provides for the responsibility of the StarFest Committee. The manual states:

"The Chairman of this event is a member of the NEC and works closely with it and the host Section in arranging this National Convention held every other year. It is usually planned for 7 or 8 days, with social activities that may include cocktail parties, picnics or barbecues and awards banquets; driving events, including an autocross, time trials and acceleration run; and a concours d'elegance. A scenic, low-pressure rally may also be included, along with technical seminars, and a store with car and StarFest related items."
