The Standard Operating Procedures Manual for MBCA, Section 8,  provides for certain Committees to be in action each year.  The Committee Chairman are appointed by the President of MBCA, with approval by the Board.  The President and Board have the option of designating and creating other Committees, as needed, for the operation of Club business.
