On March 20th at 9:30 a.m., longtime Minuteman supporter, Viti Mercedes Benz, will open its doors to the Minuteman Section Members for a special Services Clinic.
Section Members attending the event will be offered numerous specials including:
- 10 to 20% off Repairs or Services that are booked off of the Service Clinic
- Free Loaner Cars on Day of Service
- Free Wash and Vacuum the Day of the Service Clinic, PLUS

The Big Thaw Car Show at UMass Lowell
The show will be held on Sunday March 28th, from 10am to 4pm (rain date Sunday, April 11th). There are 270 spaces available for show cars, and there will be music and food as well. The cars will be parked in every other space, allowing for plenty of room to relax, set up chairs, etc. It is being held on the corner of Pawtucket Street and Broadway Street, in the very large Riverview parking lot on UMass Lowell's South Campus. The entry fee is $5 if you preregister, and $7 at the event; spectators are free!

NORMAN ROCKWELL MUSEUM WITH THE WACHUSETT OLD CAR CLUB
Norman Rockwell Museum houses the world's largest and most significant collection of original Rockwell art. Highlights include enduring favorites from Rockwell's Saturday Evening Post covers, the powerful Four Freedoms, and the nostalgic Stockbridge Main Street at Christmas.
We will caravan as group out to the museum through the back roads of the Berkshires. Along the route you will have some challenges to keep you alert. The group in the car which gets the most challenges right will receive a prize. We will be starting from the Spencer Fair Plaza by the Dunkin Donuts sign. The plaza is west of the center of Spencer on route 9. Meet at 8:30AM for a departure at 9:00AM sharp. It is about a 3 hour ride. We will be stopping in Stockbridge for lunch at Michael's and then proceeding onto the museum. The tour will at 2PM. Plan to get to the museum by 1:40 for group ticket purchases.

SHOW: The classic Mel Brooks musical production is alive...and it's headed to Boston. You'll have a monstrously good time at this spectacular new presentation, winner of the Broadway.com Audience Award for Best Musical. This wickedly inspired re-imagining of the Frankenstein legend follows bright, young Dr. Frankenstein (that's Fronkensteen) as he attempts to create a monster-but not without scary hilarious complications.
RESTAURANT: Immediately following the show we will enjoy cocktails and an extraordinary dinner at downtown's newest Ristorante – BiNA osteria , located in the Ritz-Carlton Residences, just a few steps away from the Opera House. GERMANFEST XXIII Presented by InterCity Lines
On Sunday October 3rd, the Minuteman Section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America and the Larz Anderson Auto Museum are pleased to present the 24th annual Germanfest presented by Intercity Lines.
Registration will open at 8:00 a.m. and will cost $20, which includes entrance into the museum for 2 individuals. All registration will take place on the day of the event. Judging will begin at 11:00 a.m. with "rags down" announced at that time indicating the stop of all cleaning of cars. If you do not wish to have your Mercedes-Benz judged, you may register to enter the field as "display only"; registration fee applies. Arrivals after 11:00 a.m. will be entered as "display only".
Rules for judging in the street class and concourse class are according to Mercedes Benz Club of America criteria, which focuses on cleanliness and authenticity of the vehicle.
The daily driver class has been replaced with a Survivor Class. The rules for this class are: Any model Mercedes Benz, in original unrestored condition 25 years of age or older. Must be driven to the event and not bear dealer or repair plates. Judged according to street class rules.
First, second and third place awards are given out in 11 classes and 4 trophies are awarded for the finest and most unusual cars entered. Description of Classes.
