Nautical cruise sponsor Dmitry Bykhovsky, owner of AlphaCars, and his family about to board the Schooner Argia.

The Captain (left), and her crew navigating the 81-foot Schooner Argia out from the quaint seafaring village of Mystic, CT for our private 2.5 hour cruise on the calm waters of the Mystic River. The Argia was designed by our young Captain's step-father, Frank Fulchiero, who "picked-up" the craft of boat design by observation and his passion for boating. The vessel is fashioned after a 19th Century coastal trading schooner. Fulchiero sold the vessel to Voyager Cruises for whom our Captain now has the pleasure of working and sailing the vessel she admiringly boasts has such a close family heritage.

Passing through Mystic's Historic Bascule Bridge. |

Hoisting the ships 4 sails to their rig height of 78 feet.

Mission accomplished with the help of Mercedes Benz Club members, Ken Bourque (front) and Frank Burns (back)! The sails are hoisted, engines silenced, and we are underway.
|

Time to sit back and enjoy the serene views and numerous sailing and motoring vessels also enjoying this spectacular day on the water.
