Hello,

I have a 1970 220 and would like to rebuild the carb. I was wondering if anyone knows if or where I can find a Stromberg 175 CD manual?

Thanks,
Mike,
Austin Tx.

I have a service manual if you need specific info, but also try here

You can search the internet for TR6-TR250 carbs and you may get some useful info

Mike:

You should find everything you need in the CD ROM service manual which is available from MBUSA Classic Technical Literature department here:

http://www.classictechlit.mbusa.com/MB/

The cost is $20 plus $5 shipping.

edit...I just checked an online source:

http://mercedes.braingears.com/

The 114/115 service manual is there and it seems to be working OK today...not always the case with this online source. Just select the 220 model and it will lead you straight to the information you will need.

Ron and JCH,

Thank you both for your help! Problem solved - now I can have a go at rebuilding the carb.
