They are still available new from MB but you will pay dearly for them.  Your best source is probably going to be eBay, where they do come up on occasion.  Otherwise, put an enquiry in at the forum run by the M-100 Group, www.m-100.cc as that is where the bulk of the owners hang out.

Just like Sally Struthers, I will show you just what poor soul you can help by selling me a set of these blocks...

In my own M-100 days, I used to have an extra set of the four 6.9 rubber blocks.  I got big bucks when I sold them after I sold my 6.9.  Definitely an "in demand" item particularly when they cost less than MBUSA wants for them !!

Only the right rear is still available new.

Ahh, so they've gone out of production & availability by MB over the past 6-7 years.  Bummer !  Ebay is going to be the best bet, then.

I also found it strange that one side was available and not the other. Must be a coincidence that everyone broke or lost the same side and replaced them. I'm sure we made equal amounts of all of them.

I think the good news is, the rears seem to be a mirror image of each other (from pictures I have seen). So with 3/4 of a set I could send them out to be duplicated... <---- Famous last words.
