Why aftermarket? How about a factory manual on cd-rom?
I thought that a factory manual would cost an arm and a leg.........Not being of the digital generation I still think in BOOKS. I have purchased a CD since I originally posted the question. Now I get to go out and replace my motor mounts. Thanks for the reply.
My 500sl which had not been driven for about one year is down in the year almost to the year axle and also appears somewhat low in front. Have checked hydrolic fluid which seems OK Any suggestions for diagnosing this system? Any help greatly appreciated thanks Tim
Accum's may have let go....OR, the proportioning valve..which will let go on ALL the early ADS systems.. They cost a bloody mint and good used is unobtanium..never mind it too will go bad.
As for a manual, I had heard MB USA Stopped offering the DVD on the R129. I have some intro to service paper manuals for the R129...I May have a duplicate, I'd have to check..

The tiny glove box on my 2002 SL 500 is stuck closed. Perhaps something is stuck in the latch. I would appreciate any tip about getting it open. This is a Silver Arrow edition if that makes any difference.
Thanks a million!
