December is usually a quiet month for the Cars and Rides gathering in San Antonio. 
This year car enthusiasts couldn't stay at home!
Members of the Texas Hill Country Section met at the Vineyard Shopping Center to help bring in the new year and enjoy coffee and pastries from the nearby Panera Bread Company.  Cars and Rides meets the last Saturday of each month with American muscle cars, exotics and everything in between.  Visitors walk around, look at the cars and take photos.
We thank members Jeff and Lori Brown who got up at O-dark-thirty and saved a parking spaces for us.   We enjoyed talking Mercedes with fellow members Sak Reeves, Tom Jones, Bill Rasco, the Brown's, Bob Holbrook, and Keith and Kathie Steele and new member David Senseman.
